Yes — we email a $1M general liability and $1M auto COI on letterhead within one business hour of your request. Property name, address, and additional-insured language exactly as your manager specifies.

Do you do after-hours or weekend pickups?

Yes. Our standard hours are 7 AM–6 PM Monday–Friday with limited Saturday service, but for commercial properties we schedule before-hours (5 AM) or after-hours pickups when needed. There's a small after-hours surcharge — quoted upfront.

Can you back up to a loading dock?

Most of our trucks can. Send a photo of the dock approach when you book and our dispatcher will confirm whether a roll-off truck has the swing-room. For high-rise loading docks with tight clearance we send a smaller-cab truck.

What about a long-term commercial bin?

We do roll-off rentals up to 4 weeks at a flat extension rate. For permanent commercial waste service (front-load dumpsters, recurring pickup), we partner with a Houston-area front-load company and can refer you.

Do you accept credit cards or send invoices?

Both. Credit card at booking is the default; for established commercial customers we set up Net-15 invoicing on request.
